Message	which seems pretty obvious. next adjust the TPS to 0.40v - 0.50v at idle and +3.90v at WOT (if u can't get make those numbers then replace it). then clear the codes and go for a test drive. i would forget about the wastegate solenoid. u mentioned a blowoff valve, which was not designed for the Z32, and IMO could easily be causing your symptoms.
